Founded by Amelia Craver, Physician Associate with more than 17 years of clinical experience, Arena Coaching was built from firsthand understanding of the realities of patient care, leadership pressure, compassion fatigue, and uncertainty. This work is grounded not only in evidence-based coaching standards, but in lived experience inside the healthcare system.

Amelia serves as a Medical Director within a multi-state nonprofit health system, leading through complex organizational change while remaining closely connected to frontline clinical care and clinician wellbeing.

Her professional background also includes:

• ICF Level 2 educated coach

• More than 10 years serving as a Guardian ad Litem advocating for vulnerable children and families

• Certified Trauma and Resilience Specialist

These experiences shape the foundation of Arena Coaching: a coaching practice designed for people who care deeply, lead courageously, and often carry more than others can see.
